 Dear Customers,

You are receiving this notice because you are subscribed to one of our hosting packages with us. As of September 30, 2015, we will be disabling SSL3 protocol from all services due to the Poodle exploit and many other security flaws found in SSL3, we have given enough time for our clients to upgrade and switch to TLS in the past year to switch over to TLS encryption. And as of today we have set a hard date to turn off SSL3. With this date set, there is still enough time to switch over to TLS.

The affected services are: HTTPS,POP3, IMAP & SMTP, WEBDAV , SFTP

If you have not switched over your email client, please look in server settings under encryption settings look for starttls or TLS one of these will work.

For Android users:

If you are using 4.2.2 android (and under) your default mail client might give you an error message. This is known bug and you will have to go to the manufacture of your device to get an update. As of September 30th 2015 we will be disabling SSL3 for all web services due to security risks. And you device will not work if its using SSL3 to connect to our services.

If your device's default email client doesn't work at all, then I would suggest finding new client here https://play.google.com/store/search?q=email that supports TLS.

For iDevices (Apple):

All versions of iOS 5 and above supports TLS, just switching the encryption to use TLS, is all that is required in mail settings.
