Dear Customer,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, I would like to update you on the steps we have taken at CheapWeb to ensure customer and employee safety while living up to our promise of delivering reliable services.

We have implemented specific steps, as outlined below, to ensure CheapWeb data centers will be in continuous operation during this period. You can be assured that your services will not be impacted and that our Customer Care team will continue to be available 24/7 to assist you in any way.

Needless to say, the immediate health and safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us during this time. We have updated our office protocol to reflect this and have therefore suspended all non-essential employee travel. Employees returning from vulnerable countries must be self-quarantined for 14 days and monitor their health before entering any office.

Furthermore, we have isolated teams and separated office spaces to decrease risk of exposure, ensuring business continuity and redundancy in key roles. We have instructed employees to utilize secure collaboration tools and to conduct meetings virtually whenever possible.

We have also revised who may access CheapWeb data centers. All non-essential customer visits to CheapWeb data centers have been suspended until further notice, and we ask that customers who need assistance make use of our remote hands services.

This is a difficult time for everyone, especially given the dynamic nature of the pandemic. I want to assure you that we are fiercely committed to keeping your infrastructure and services running without disruption, and I would like to thank you for your continued trust in CheapWeb.

Sincerely,

Scott Petrie
