Help! My website is offline! Print

It is always possible that you can't access your website. To get a better view what the situation is, we advise you to follow these steps before contacting us:

1. Check if the website is only offline for you or for everybody by using the websites downforeveryoneorjustme.com and/or host-tracker.com. If one of those websites shows that your website is online, you're possibly (temporarily) blocked. You can unblock yourself by opening a ticket or logging into your members account.
2. When the websites shows that you website is offline, check if we've tweeted about any issues or problems going on here https://twitter.com/cheapwebhost_
3. If you can't find anything and when your website is offline, you can open a support ticket with your internet IP address. We will solve this problem as soon as possible.
