Help! My website is offline!

It is always possible that you can't access your website. To get a better view what the situation is, we advise you to follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check if the website is only offline for you or for everybody by using the websites and/or If one of those websites shows that your website is online, you're possibly (temporarily) blocked. You can unblock yourself by opening a ticket or logging into your members account.
  2. When the websites shows that you website is offline, check if we've tweeted about any issues or problems going on here
  3. If you can't find anything and when your website is offline, you can open a support ticket with your internet IP address. We will solve this problem as soon as possible.

Our website runs on an external location and network, this allows you, even when our location where we offer our services is offline, to contact us.
